The Two Shaft Tire Shredder equipment is specifically engineered to process post-industrial waste streams, including automotive fuel tanks, extruder purgings (commonly known as "machine head lumps"), and off-spec polyethylene (PE) products.
The newly delivered dual-shaft shredder features robust construction, intelligent torque control, and optimized cutting geometry-designed to efficiently reduce bulky, tough PE lumps into uniform granules suitable for downstream recycling. This enables the client to reclaim valuable material from production scrap while significantly reducing landfill dependency and operational costs.
